ABOUT OUR HANGINGS A Group Opportunity - With all of our hanging opportunities, it is important to keep in mind that this is a GROUP exhibit and as a result we ask that all members recognize the importance of sharing the space fairly. Our hanging teams will do their best to hang all of the works, but in all cases members should realize that they might only be able to hang one piece.
SCHEDULE FOR ROTATING EXHIBITS - SEE THE CALENDAR!!! As of January 2016, ALL shared exhibits within the community will be on an alternating month schedule. The months of art changes are: January, March, May, July, September, and November
All Art for All members interested in exhibiting their original artwork (both 2 and 3-dimensional) may participate in our gallery exhibits provided they are current in their payment of membership dues.
For all Art for All Member hangings and shows: The tags which identify your work allow each artist to include a price along with a phone number for contacting you. It is the responsibility of each artist to connect with the interested parties and conduct the sales transaction. It is certainly agreeable to identify works as being "Not for Sale".
Picking Up Your Work
For all Art for All hangings and shows:
YOU MUST either pick up your work on the appointed day and time OR to make arrangements in advance to have someone else pick it up for you.
Do NOT assume that another member will take care of this for you!
Failure to pick up your work or make arrangements to do so will result in a fine.
The 2-part agreement you signed when you dropped off your work - you agree to this pick up rule!
There is always a potential that your work could be damaged if someone other than you would be transporting and storing it! We take great care with the items during the hanging process, but YOU are ultimately responsible for the drop off and pick up of your works.
